NHS Tenders

The National Health Service in England and Wales continues to develop the Provider-Commissioner dichotomy, where one organisational unit has the responsibility for procuring services and other units have the opportunity to be the provider of the services within a market of potential providers.

The new Health and Social Care Act has developed this further, and the implementation of Local Clinical Commissioning Groups in the early course will reinforce the market approach to NHS Tenders.

We work with providers both inside the NHS and those independent of it, who are professionally trained to deliver Care rather than bids, and help them develop Bid Writing skills and create Winning NHS Tenders.

We can provide support at two levels to Health Services Providers: Formal Training and Coaching for in-house teams drawn from our Master Bidders programme; and NHS Tender Writing and Support to those for whom an outsourced solution is more appropriate.

The purpose of the residential medically managed detoxification service is to provide a safe, evidence based, effective detoxification and stabilisation programme to aid the recovery and reintegration of substance misusers with complex needs.
Within Sefton Integrated Substance Misuse Treatment Service, the first-line detoxification offer is community detoxification within the adult treatment service. Where increased risk is indicated, residential in-patient detoxification may be the safest and most effective treatment plan. Medical input and supervision can be provided by a community GP overseeing the detoxification plan.

Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGEM CSU) on behalf of NHS England (North Midlands) and Hardwick Clinical Commissioning Group (the Contracting Authority) are inviting suitably qualified providers to deliver an Alternative Provider of Medical Services (APMS) GP services for the villages of Creswell and Langwith in Bolsover district of Derbyshire.
The Contracts will be for a period of 10 years with an option to extend for up to 5 years (60 months). The ITT is now available and the deadline for responses is 12:00, 4.12.2015.
