The problem is the public sector evaluator only has the text on the page and is not privy to all of this background thinking. The only way to truly see what the evaluator does is to have the proposal evaluated by an independant evaluator who has not been involved in the proposal writing process.

Proposal Evaluator - Katy Lawrence

In her role as an Assistant Director for the Department of Trade and Industry, Katy has over 8 years experience managing the allocation of £60M worth of public sector funds, including the tendering and grant management processes. Katy has managed OJEU tenders for consultancy services, business planning and strategy formation.

Proposal Evaluator - Tony McKelvie

Tony is the director in Tenders-UK who is responsible for the quality of all proposals we issue. He has some 20 years experience in critically appraising business propositions in diverse commercial environments. He has a exceptional track record of successfully writing public sector tenders and R&D grant applications. He has created sustained revenue and profit growth in sectors as varied as Manufacturing, Telecoms, Traditional and New Media, Hospitality and Consultancy.

Proposal Evaluator - Richard Neville

Richard has successfully written bids that have helped clients secure multi million pound contracts from public sector organisations. Prior to embarking on his proposal writing career he spent 4 years as senior contracts manager in the Department for Education and Skills. He also has over 6 years experience supporting Government Ministers' presentational needs through speech writing and creating scripts/briefings for media interviews.
