1.1 The Council are going out to tender to deliver a locality and community based solution to support and develop the community, voluntary and faith sector (VCSE) within the 4 localities in Walsall. 1.2 The key outcome is to allow the voice of the sector to be heard within anchor organisations both within and external to Walsall. The focus is to support and develop organisations in the locality and ensure the interface with anchor organisations is effective. 1.3 Providers with a local understanding of each locality population and experience of successfully encouraging and leading collaborative activities including volunteering and through CVS organisations.
