The University of Northampton is seeking an efficient, environmentally friendly and high- quality supplier of lift maintenance and emergency callout attendance across multiple sites and buildings. The Contractor shall be responsible for monthly and annual servicing of all lifts, entrapment release and general fault finding.
The University currently receives monthly service visits and inclusive callouts during normal working hours. The University of Northampton is looking for an innovative supplier to further improve this process where possible and demonstrate new ways of fault reporting and rectification alongside management of assets.
It is anticipated that the Contract will commence on 1st March 2022 and will run for 3 years .
