People managers have the ability to award points (125) for ‘champions’ and the points are collected online by recipients and will be redeemed in the online catalogue. All colleagues can also submit nominations for higher value awards with points attached to be redeemed in the online catalogue. The career milestones offering consists of a variety of certificates, pin badges, customised year books and points to redeem in the online catalogue.
