We are currently recruiting for two Bid Writers to join our team. This is a demanding role, carrying the responsibility for delivering our promise to our clients. Our clients come from all sectors, private and public, all shapes and sizes, but each has the same reason for partnering with us: The Win, and we are relentless in our pursuit of it.
The Ideal Candidate
You believe Boilerplates are for Boilers, and are turned on by the chance to write a unique piece of work on every project. You want to test yourself against the competition in sectors as diverse as Healthcare, Professional Services, FM, and R&D, and are determined to reset the standard. Above all, you want to be one of the best.
You will be an enterprising and energetic team player, with good commercial experience in any sector, and a natural talent for producing purposeful and persuasive writing. Our Writers need to have something to say, and so we value your life experience as much as your writing skills.

We are currently recruiting talented, enterprising individuals to join our Graduate Development Programme, an intensive and fast paced introduction to our business with a well defined career pathway to senior management. Over a period of 18 months you will be exposed to, and become responsible for: Bid Coordination; Marketing; Business Development; and Project Management. The programme will stretch you, test your limits and challenge you every day, pushing you to achieve your full potential.
You will be a Graduate with an Honours degree in Business, Social Sciences or Language, and preferentially, a postgraduate Diploma or Masters that evidences your ability to think for yourself. We prize the ability to Think: It's our stock-in-trade.
You will have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, an instinct to do something significant in business, and the energy and determination to get on and do it. A sense of humour helps too.
We offer a strong support network internally, provide external learning as required by each individual, and will give you the professional platform to take off. Our starting salary of £21,000 – 24,000 represents the initial step on a career development escalator that will take you up to Leadership level and £40,000 within 2 years. The rest is up to you.
