When people ask me what I do, I usually answer with ‘’I win things, professionally’’. Despite being a fun and delightfully opaque thing to say, it’s still true.
I help people win contracts through bidding. For the last 12 years I’ve been doing that at Tenders-UK, and in that time I’ve shaped how we think about things like strategy and our writing approach. That led to creation of systems of thinking like 3Mind Writing®, and also new agile project management approaches to deliver better work faster. In early 2022 I took on the role of Managing Director, and now I get to steer the ship as we move into an exciting future.
