As a member of the senior team at Tenders-UK I make sure everything we do meets, and ideally exceeds, our clients’ expectations. That means not just handling HR and Finance internally but also getting hands-on with projects and clients to help them win new contracts, and working with educational partners to improve SMEs’ understanding of tendering. My background in education and law shapes how I approach our work, and six years of writing bids for the company means I know what “great” looks like in our projects.
