Nadia Kostrzewski

As a Senior Consultant, I offer informed support to clients and peers, spanning all sectors. Whilst this is a wide-ranging role, I typically provide strategic input into commissioned contracts and services, and co-design competitive proposals.

These skills are borne of nearly ten years at the company, working across hundreds of bids including our largest and most complex projects. In this, I’ve undertaken professional writing, strategy, and consultancy work, as well as providing a key role in setting and improving business-wide benchmarks. Such standard-setting is through peer and client evaluation support, and offering guidance in specialist areas, including as a Level 2 Accredited Social Value Practitioner.

More recently, Tenders-UK is supporting my undertaking of a CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply. This is providing an enhanced understanding of end-to-end procedures and Buyer perspectives, which I am already putting into practice, adding further value for clients seeking to grow and invest into their businesses.
